I work at the intersection of AI systems, human judgment, and real-world constraints.
My focus is not on novelty or experimentation for its own sake, but on designing AI systems that people can actually rely on, govern, and use inside real organizations.
Much of the AI that fails today does so not because the technology is weak, but because the systems around it are under-designed. Decisions are unclear. Ownership is fuzzy. Boundaries are missing. Teams are left to work around tools that don’t reflect how they actually operate.
My work addresses those gaps.
What I work on
I design and advise on AI systems that sit close to real decisions, where mistakes have consequences.
This includes systems that affect customers, internal teams, and organizational workflows.
The work often involves:

How I approach the work
I don’t start with tools or prompts. The first step is understanding the problem and its constraints.
That means understanding:

what risks are acceptable and which are not
From there, systems are designed deliberately. Automation follows understanding, not the other way around.
I prioritize:

This approach tends to reduce rework, escalation, and downstream friction, especially as systems scale.
Where this experience comes from
My background spans AI support systems, enterprise workflows, and human-centered system design.
I’ve worked in environments where AI systems are not experiments, but operational infrastructure with real consequences. That experience informs how I think about safety, ownership, and trust, not as add-ons, but as design requirements.
I’ve seen where systems break, how teams compensate, and what happens when clarity is missing. This perspective shapes every engagement.
